It seems like every summer we have fruit flies swarming around the trash can and fruit bowl. This year has been 10 times worse, because of the extreme heat we have had this year in Maine.

I loathe fruit flies. They are obnoxious and they multiply like crazy! I do however love killing the suckers and have tried just about every home remedy out there. Some of them have worked, some haven’t.
