It seems like every summer we have fruit flies swarming around the trash can and fruit bowl. This year has been 10 times worse, because of the extreme heat we have had this year in Maine.
I loathe fruit flies. They are obnoxious and they multiply like crazy! I do however love killing the suckers and have tried just about every home remedy out there. Some of them have worked, some haven’t.

I would like to get rid of fruit flies! We have loads of them just now, the sticky traps catch plenty but there’s still more to go around. It’s always like that here in September. Drives me insane.

I would love to get rid of fruit flies. I have been battling them all week.
At my house, I’d like to get rid of roaches and ants. Terro doesn’t work on Florida ants; my mom’s tried it here. It works great on the ants in her Indiana cabin, though. My mom has a real problem with fruit flies in her house, so if I win, I’m taking this trap right over to her.

I would love to try this. Fruitflies in the fall seems to be a tradition of mine. Going into the major grocery store in the fall, there always seem to be a few fruitflies that follow me home.
