One of the many holiday traditions in my house is making gingerbread houses and decorating them. This year we switched it up a bit and instead decorated giant gingerbread men from BJ’s instead!
I have to admit that I actually prefer the gingerbread men over the houses. I find that the perfectionist in me rears it’s ugly head when it comes to gingerbread houses. I want them to look perfect and that’s not going to happen when you have 3 munchkins trying to help you.
The giant gingerbread men kits from BJ’s were perfect for my family. The box came with 3 jumbo cookies and all the icing and candy decorations you could possibly need.
My kids had a blast decorating their own cookie. I loved watching them be creative! Each childs cookie was just as unique as the person who made it. Of course the cookies didn’t last long though because the kiddos couldn’t resist eating their yummy concoctions!
Look for giant Gingerbread Men Kits and Gingerbread house kits next holiday season at BJ’s!
