You know how they say “Don’t judge a book by its cover”? Well you also shouldn’t judge a pizza by its box! I recently had the chance to have a pizza party in my home, with the Ristorante pizzas provided by Dr. Oekter. I honestly did not have high hopes for this pizza. I hate to say it, but I totally judged this pizza by its box.

The box, I guess just isn’t flashy enough. I have seen Ristorante pizza in my local Walmart before but I always passed it buy for more eye catching and more well known frozen pizzas. Let me tell you, I will never make that mistake again! As I was opening up my boxes of pizza, I could see that it is completely what is inside that counts!

I chose the Pizza Spinaci for my party and I couldn’t be happier. This pizza smelled incredible, before I even put it in the oven! The Pizza Spinaci was covered in the most vibrantly green spinach, and when I say covered, I mean COVERED!!! The pizza was also sprinkled with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and a deliciously fragrant garlic sauce. All my guests were completely in love with this pizza with the first bite! The pizzas did not taste frozen at all and they honestly could have fooled me for a fresh, homemade pizza!

I know that during the holiday season, it is easy to get tired at the end of the day. Ristorante pizzas are great to have on hand for dinner at the end of one of those long days!
