Sometimes a simple heartfelt Thank You is all it takes to truly brighten someone’s day. Add some good quality Merci European chocolate and you may brighten their week! Now that it’s award season Thank You’s are more prevalent then ever. Movie stars are thanking their producers, Musicians their record labels and childhood piano teachers. For us normal folk, even though we are not famous, we should still thank people that make our lives brighter.
For me I would like to thank My sister Karen, who is always there if I need her. She picks my daughter up from preschool 3 days a week, and she took my boys when Katie was in the hospital! My mom and my other sister Annie also are willing to take Katie for extended periods of time if I have to go somewhere and Scot is working. I would like to thank my best friends Kate and Ann and their family’s. They are always there for me no matter what.
Besides family and friends, some other people who may not get thanked very often are my kids teachers, principals, school janitors, and cafeteria workers. Thank you for providing a safe, clean and nurturing environment for my kids to learn and grow in. Thank you to my mail carrier, UPS and Fedex people. You truly get a workout delivering all the packages Musing Mainiac receives and they always arrive in great shape! I of course have to thank you, my readers…without you there would be no Musing Mainiac!
That is such a small sampling of people in my life who deserve a heartfelt Thank you. How many people in your life deserve a Thank you?
