7th Heaven Face Masks – A Perfect Stocking Stuffer!

I have seen these 7th Heaven face masks in stores a bunch of times, and I’ve always wanted to try them. I was thrilled when I was offered a few packs to review, thinking it might be a fun mother/daughter beauty activity. Never in my wildest dreams did I think my sons might want in on the action! Rowan, my 13 year old has been having some blemish eruptions that are so typical for his age, so he’s really interested and curious about the products that I use to keep skin issues at bay. He thought the idea of putting a mask on your face was intriguing so he immediately joined Katie and I in this new beauty routine. Ethan, feeling left out, soon wanted in as well.

I was sent two varieties of the 7th Heaven masks, the Argan Oil Mud mask and the Tea Tree Peel-Off mask. Katie and I both chose the tea tree mask. We washed our faces with a warm washcloth, opened up the packet and spread the green thick gel on our faces. The Tea Tree mask smelled minty and refreshing and felt cold on our faces, this was due to the witch hazel and tea tree oil in the masks ingredients. We then had to wait a few minutes for the mask to dry. Meanwhile Rowan and Ethan also washed their faces and then chose the Argan Oil Mud mask. The mud mask had a very pleasant scent which the boys really enjoyed. The mud mask was a thick tan paste that spread super easy and includes Acai Berry, Argan and Rosehip.

Katie, being only 7 thought the boys looked hilarious! She also said that her mask felt slimy and that it got tight as it dried. When the masks were dry I began to peel it off Katie’s face. She was in fits of giggles as I peeled away. I couldn’t believe how incredibly soft her skin was after and I couldn’t wait to see if mine was the same. (It was!). Once the boys masks were dried, we took another warm washcloth and gently scrubbed it off. Their skin looked great and they said that it felt wonderful!

7th Heaven has many types of mud, peel off, sauna, scrub, sheet and souffle’ masks, some of them are even in chocolate form! 7th Heaven also makes products for hair, body and feet! I want to try the hair masks!
