I really only drink three beverages on a normal basis: Coffee, Tea and Water. Both my parents were chefs and so of course I grew up in the kitchen. My whole family worked in a restaurant called The Freeport Cafe when I was a teenager. One of the best things about living in the beautiful state of Maine is our abundance of fresh seafood! I can go right down the road from my house and pick up fish, lobsters and shellfish that was caught only hours before. We even have fresh, live lobsters at out Farmers Market! Seafood is everywhere!
