My Kids “Race To The Edge” This Summer With Netflix! #StreamTeam

We have a “No Electronics” rule in our house for the summer. The kids are only allowed screen time at night and on rainy days, so they need to find creative ways to entertain themselves on these long, hot summer days. Netflix has come to my kids rescue by sending a huge Dragons: Race To The Edge package to keep them occupied! Inside the kit was some fun photo props, a cozy blanket, snacks, sidewalk chalk, a lunchbox and an inflatable sword.

Dragons: Race To The Edge is a spinoff from the DreamWorks How To Train Your Dragon films.

This summer, Hiccup and Toothless, from the critically acclaimed How to Train Your Dragon films are embarking on unparalleled adventures in the all-new Netflix original series Dragons: Race to the Edge – and inviting you along for the dragon ride.

Soaring beyond their home on the island of Berk in search of new dragons, Dragons: Race to the Edge introduces some of the most exciting dragons yet, each with its own amazing abilities — shock waves, cannon balls and fire blasts, just to name a few.

With the magical Dragon Eye, an artifact Hiccup finds aboard an abandoned ship, Hiccup learns there is more outside the confines of Berk, and that a little curiosity and determination can make every day an exciting journey. In Hiccup’s own words, “this changes everything.”

  1. That’s a great rule: We have a “No Electronics” rule in our house for the summer.
If I had kids I’d do that too.
