I guess that I am a pretty lucky parent. My kids have no problems at all taking medicine or vitamins. They actually really like taking vitamins...so much that they even ask for them! I'm actually quite jealous that my kiddos got to try out alternaVites kids because they taste great, just like candy. I wish my vitamins tasted as good as theirs.
